Nice place to grab breakfast or lunch with a friend. The staff here is down to earth and has a friendly edge. Food is good too. Place can get packed.

This place is a solid bet for a good, quick lunch. It mostly serves deli food - hot and cold sandwiches, wraps - but they do have a "build your own salad" option that is great if you're interested in a HUGE, healthy (or as healthy as you make it) salad. I know they also serve breakfast, but I've only been there for lunch. Service has always been fast and the waitresses were nice. It's usually packed around lunch time, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. Good coffee too! I'd love to come back and try their breakfast. I see on the menu they also have a "build your own omelet" section. The only downside is parking... you may need to park around the back of the property. Unless you have good parking karma and you're lucky enough to find a spot right in front of the place!

When, on a rainy Friday morning, after you suffered massive anxiety all night over losing your wallet, a lovely, heavily tatted waitress (spermatazoa on your neck? Interesting choice) with an infectious smile and laugh serves you delicious eggs Benedict and home fries, life is so good.

I have now been here twice and enjoyed the experience each time. Friendly service, extensive menu and tasty food make this a real good place to check out for breakfast or lunch. My nephew's office building is across the road and they eat here or take out from here a lot. Last time I had a tuna wrap and this time I had a nova and onion omelet. Both good to excellent. Big portions. The home fries were great. Prices are relatively inexpensive, even more so considering portion size and quality. I will be back again and again.

food quality has been consistently going down hill for the past few months. To top that off, I've just received a cold breakfast sandwich delivered to me a little under an hour and half after it was ordered! Come on guys!!!! get it together!
(2)Danielle J.
In my personal opinion, I think this bagel store has the best bagels in Florida. Being from NY (where the best bagels are made), I think that these bagels do compare. Very clean. Fair prices. Needs better service though

My boyfriend and I stopped in here today after we dropped some packages off at the UPS next door. I have to say I was not impressed at all. The customer service was mediocre everyone was nice, but a lady that was working there was on the phone talking to another customer instead of checking me out so we could leave.. We ordered breakfast sandwiches on a bagel with egg and cheese. The bagels were fresh and enjoyable, but you could taste that they didn't clean the grill because the eggs were a bit greasy and had some burnt pieces in it. We also got two giant black and white cookies to go; which I was excited about! However when I took my first bite into the cookie it was hard and not fresh at all. I was really dissatisfied. They tasted like they were sitting in the same spot for over a week.. Anyways, I spent $18 on 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 2 very stale cookies.. For a college student that's a lot. only reason I would return would be to get a bagel.. Maybe

Had lunch here around noon and the place was hopping. We had table service, but it was nice to see that you can order at the counter and take food to go. Our group had a mixture of lunch and breakfast items. The bagel egg sandwiches looked great. I had the Boca Ruben and was surprised that it did not come with your typical thousand island dressing, it was served without any dressing. The sandwich was still very good, just not what I was expecting. Unfortunately the service is why I did not give more stars. I had water and it was never refilled! The server also seemed very put off by our request to split the checks into groups. Good food, service not so much.

Bagel was like white bread, eggs were greasy and service was slow. no thanks

I haven't been here in awhile, but last year around this time I was on a jag of going here on the way in to work every now and then and must say that I truly miss their breakfast sandwich. A real fresh egg (unlike the rubbery egg pucks at Offerdahl's for instance), thick, smoky bacon (if you want it), on a delicious bagel make this the sandwich for me. Plus, they never charged me extra for lettuce and tomato--and what lettuce! A large dark green romaine leaf, not some pale lifeless bit of iceberg. Gosh, I think I'll stop in tomorrow morning. One warning, though, and that is the coffee. Not so good.
(4)Brad L.
You can eat outside, but for some reason they treat you rudely when you do. I took my son for Belgian waffles for his graduation. They wanted to charge me 35 cents for my glass of water. Really? Plus you have to eat on styrofoam. And its all done in a condescending way. I think it's the counter people, because the wait staff is friendly.
(1)Danielle D.
This place is conveniently located near my job, staff is friendly and the chopped salads are great. The downside is that their deserts aren't that good (plus for me as I need to watch my figure) food is ok and you can find better tasting bagels elsewhere.
(3)Dawn R.
The absolute BEST bagels ever!!!! Not only is the food fantastic, the prices reasonable but the staff is the greatest!!! I have had catering 5 times from this location and it has gotten better every time. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast, lunch or catering!
(5)Layla L.
i love this place, the food is just sooooooo good. HOWEVER, this past week i went several times and each time their cookies were stale- very disappointing. (pass on the rainbow cookies- not that good
(4)Ron C.
Our regular stop for breakfast. Food is standard fare and generally good. Nothing is exceptional except for the coffee and the ladies providing the service. Always friendly and willing to help. I was sorry to see that the staff is starting to breakup after all these years. I guess we will be moving on soon to find another regular stop. Tried the Boca Beach House last week but it was terrible. Will continue to look.
(3)Lauren R.
Really pissed at this place. Food was good, not going to complain there. But watch out because they will charge you extra for things, not tell you and then you will end up spending $12 on a wrap. Are you kidding me? Ordered a chicken wrap, all i asked was to substitute grilled chicken for fried, but apparantly that was something they had never heard of before so instead, they make me order the grilled chicken wrap and add in all the extras. Made no sense to me at all, complained but clearly they did not care and wouldn't fix the bill! Ah idc if the food is good...never going to visit this place again! Glad I found a place I could complain since they didn't care to hear it :)
(1)Shanell L.
The food was so yummy and great portions for the price! The service was ok but I definitely will be going back just for the brunch items!
(4)Lisa C.
We had good service and all enjoyed our simple breakfasts.
(4)Eva K.
I came in here for lunch because I was in the area and got a salmon Caesar wrap, it is not on the menu but I don't eat chicken so they made it for me. I also got chocolate rugelach. pros: The employees were very very nice. The food was pretty good. Lots of options. cons: Caesar wrap did not have enough dressing. The wrap was expensive ($12). The rugelach was not soft and decadent like I'd expect. Not the freshest. Had a strange peppery taste. 4 stars because the employees were a delight, but maybe 2-3 stars for the food. I'd still come back if in the area but would order something different.
(4)Steve S.
Good for breakfast or lunch while at work. Friendly staff, fast service, and great food.
(4)Elena M.
Great, friendly service. Yummy breakfast. Good coffee. And I like that I can pour the sugar rather than having to open a bunch of packets (I like sweet coffee lol). Menu is simple. There are always families eating in while many others come in to grab a cup of coffee and a bagel to go. Even when its busy I never have to wait long for a table. Love this place :)
(5)Debbie H.
Food was okay, but fact closing 4 minutes after we sat was very unprofessional. They would have been smarter to advise of such when seated rather than inappropriate remarks throughout the meal. Cleaning happened around us as we ate. We wouldn't recommend.
(2)Andrew G.
We had great service and great food. Come here if you are looking to eat a good quick breakfast. Desserts looked very good too. I recommend this place to anyone.
(5)Bill S.
Nice breakfast place and lunch deli on Yamato Road. I enjoy the oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and bagel. Service is good and restaurant and bathrooms are very clean.
(3)Alicia D.
Sit inside if you want to be waited on. Otherwise, you go to takeout and get food in styrofoam if you like alfresco dining.
(2)Kim S.
I LOVE this place! Their food is fresh & delicious, and the service - doesn't get any better! I eat there at least three times a week... highly recommend their breakfasts (and it's great - they accommodate all my special requests!) and also their wraps are made fresh to order with great quality ingredients! Keep up the great work Palm Beach Bagel!
(5)Tara M.
I've only done delivery but everything I've ever ordered has been tremendous - especially the Matza ball soup! Delivery is fast and the drivers are very friendly.
(5)Yi L.
this place is ok... and something different than my usual flare. the service is ultra slow.. even with takeout. i got the chicken tenders and fries yesterday.. the fries were great, the chicken, not so much.
(2)simon d.
The Best French Toast in South Florida. The slowest service in South Florida.
(4)Jonathan B.
This is my second time visiting Boca Baton on business. My first time at Palm Beach Bagel was fantastic. My second time was as equally impressive. This is not just a Bagel shop so don't let the name fool you. Menu has a lot of options for breakfast and lunch served all day. Food is delicious, service has been pleasant.
(4)Adina R.
Sandwiches, bagels, lox, mixed salad and tuna salad were great. We got a ton of food a couple times and it was great!
(5)Jason P.
Good bagel shop. Gets very busy & service sometimes takes a while (given that its a bagel shop) - but overall its a good place w/good food.
(4)NIKIA A.
The quality of the food is really going down. I have ordered from here a number of times, and initially I was pleased. So pleased that I recommended Palm Beach Bagel to a coworker. Boy was that a mistake. When we received our food, it was so disappointing! Homefries were burnt and full of grease, I asked for an untoasted bagel, received a burnt bagel, etc. I decided to give them another shot, I ordered a couple of salads. I asked for an extra dressings, I was charged for them, but didn't received them. The last straw was a coworker ordered some food; but they delivered the wrong order. My coworker called to report the mistake and was told by the manager that the food she'd received was meant for a guest table, and that she'd send a driver to pick up the incorrect order and deliver the correct one. My coworker told her that she'd already opened that order, as she thought it was hers. The manager said the driver would pick it up anyway. Now, this made me wonder if food that had been delivered to others in the past had gone through someone else's hands before it got to me. Bottom line, this place is hit or miss...don't expect too much.

I come to this place with a friend of mine, pretty much every time I'm in Boca and really enjoy it. There bagels are amazing, the have wonderful breakfast sandwiches and specials. If you need a yummy breakfast while in town it's definitely a great pick!
(4)Shayne P.
How pathetic. They offer delivery service until 3 yet they send their drivers home at 2. What a bunch of assholes.
(1)Joanna S.
We come here on a very regular basis and really like Enjoy it. Great prices, quality and speed of service. The hazelnut coffee is great and so are the breakfast specials. Everything is prepared as you ask and they have a great Bagel selection. The rainbow cookies on the way out also are awesome if you feel like splurging. It's usually pretty packed but they get everything done quickly.
(4)R S.
Worst service! The waitress was slow and the food was bland. It was also Overpriced!! My friend's bagel was pretty thin too. The elderly people who were eating didn't seem to mind waiting for their food or the lack of flavor, but we like our food to have flavor and not be cold. We will not come back!
(1)Jeffrey D.
I was here with some friends and my wife Sunday. I had been here several times before and it was always good, however this time it wasn't! The waitress was terrible and unfriendly. Took her 15mins to bring coffee refills and managed to mess up our entire order. The kitchen ran out of the bagels we ordered and decided to substitute them with whatever they wanted without even asking us after waiting nearly 40mins for our food. Please also note the place was only half full. I brought all the issues up to the manager and he basically did nothing except to finally get me a refill on my coffee. I hope this place gets their act together and get rid of the bad wait staff as most of them are really good. Oh and get a professional manager who actually manages and cares what customers think.

I want to ad an update to the review I left a few weeks back. After my review the owner went out of her way to contact me for input. That's so rare these days that businesses care that much. Definitely worth another chance.
(4)Craig A.
I won't focus on the food here since I only get a plain bagel when I go with cream cheese. Instead I will focus on the service here. Elise is one of the best servers I've encountered at a breakfast place. Sherry isn't too far behind. It makes for a wonderful experience when I go.
(4)Tenisha E.
I usually order their 3 egg breakfast with sausage and home fries. Make sure you order the home fries well done as they will come pretty bland. But other than that I love their breakfast. I also love their chicken tender bacon ranch salad = DA BOMB!!!!!
(4)Beth L.
I've been back many times since my original poor review. It's good. Not the best deli in town, but right up there. Service reminds me of New York. No frills...but that seems normal with all the deli and bagel places around here.
(4)Maureen R.
I order here a few times a week for lunch, love their chop salad, it's huge and very good quality.
(5)Nicole K.
Great bagels great service. Elise I think that's the spelling was very pleasant and sweet. Bagels were tasty we had ham, egg and cheese. Great coffee. Will stop by again while in the neighborhood. Wanted to try the rainbow cookies but controlled myself.

Food here is great and staff is super welcoming and attentive. This has become a go to place with my friends and family when we are craving some brunch. The waffles are yummy and the french toast challah is yummy toi! Great portions and delicious food.
(4)Corey R.
This restaurant delivers to surrounding businesses (ours is directly across the street from the restaurant), but what they don't tell you when you call is that delivery can take way over an hour and a half. Additionally, trying to get someone on the phone (and keep them there) is very difficult. After spending over 15 minutes on hold just trying to cancel the order (my second follow-up call), the driver finally appeared, food obviously no longer hot. Disappointing. They need to better set their customer's expectations when calling during a busy period, this could have been avoided.
(1)Emily D.
This place is great if you want a good, quick breakfast/brunch. I came here today for the second time and it was even better this time than it was last time. I really like their egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel with sausage. I was worried that it would take forever on a Sunday morning but they got us in and out quickly with friendly service! I will definitely be back!
(4)Stephanie J.
Always consistent. Me and my son go all the time....Amazing food! Awesome staff! Pretty quick & great prices. They also deliver which is a good thing.
(5)Elle Z.
I order lunch here on occasion when I don't feel like testing out my work cafeteria's mystery meat. They have great build your own salads. Dressing options are lacking though. I wish they offered something a little more exciting than "italian". Bagels are OK...definitely not the best in Boca. Bagelworks will also hold that spot in my heart.
(3)Alex H.
Good bagels. Very busy.
(4)E P.
Ewww !! Wilted veggies gross ! Light tuna sour . Light chicken salad worse then jarred baby food . For good light tuna try bagel works in boca or strathmore in lw/ Wellington . I'm seriously nauseas and my son got a belly ache from chicken salad if you know what I mean !!
(1)Erik K.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast while in from out of town. Pretty hard to screw up an Omelet but this had to be one of the worse I've ever had. It was greasy, the spinach was frozen and the onions were not cooked long enough either. The breakfast potatoes also lacked flavor. I will not be back.
(2)Danielle R.
Another one that has been going 'downhill' fast. People from my office order pickup or delivery quite often from this place...well they used to order more often. I've gotten lunch from them twice- turkey off the frame sandwiches both times. The first time it was AMAZING the second time it was so dry I had to douse it in mustard and the white bread was so flimsy it kept tearing, I landed up not eating the bread at all and attacked it with a knife and fork. But towards the end it was almost inedible so I tossed it. Breakfast is about the same story...I've ordered from the car a couple of times on my way to work & picked it up before I got into the office. First couple of times it was really good, then we ordered 2 breakfast wraps and they were disgusting. We ordered it with egg whites and it was soaked through with butter, like there was butter pooling on the bottom of the container and the wrap itself was so soggy it was inedible. Not much flavor and if you are going to go through the hassle of ordering & paying extra for egg whites I definitely don't want it swimming in butter. Also, our wraps were almost $9 each!!! and they came with no sides, just a breakfast wrap. So, we started going to Frescos Foodworks instead, it's right across the street, offers breakfast and lunch (at a more reasonable price) and has higher food quality.
(2)Dan A.
There are an awful low of really good delis around here and this is one of the top ones. I like the bagels. They have some of the best wheat and whole grain bagels. The eggs, french toast, oatmeal, home fries are all quite good. The sandwiches and french fries are good too. The servers are experienced.
(4)Randy B.
I really like this place it is very cosistent and bot pricey at all the food is delicious and the platters were great the whole family will enjoy the hospitality Some come get a bagel
(4)Nicole V.
A friend suggested this spot for a lunch meeting and glad he did. They have an extensive deli type menu with breakfast, wraps, burgers, soups, etc. I opted for the turkey burger. It was big, tasty and came with crispy steak fries. My friends each had a wrap that looked equally delicious. The prices were reasonable and the service was spot on. I was super thirsty and the server managed to refill my glass 3 or 4 times. I would definitely come back to try more...
(4)Shaun H.
I always enjoy eating here, or ordering takeout on my lunch break! The last couple times I've been here I've ordered the cheeseburger with french fries (or substitute french fries for macaroni salad). The french fries are really good - BIG steak fries! When you substitute fries for macaroni salad they give you a tiny portion though.
